Mike Johnson over at PWInsider.com is reporting that World Wrestling Entertainment have stalled over signing Claudio Castagnoli due to what a WWE source referred to as “a snag.”
As things stand, its hoped that a deal with WWE will eventually be ironed out, however for the time being, Castagnoli will continue to work full-time for Ring of Honor.
It was previously expected that Castagnoli would join one of WWE’s developmental territories in January.
