I have a good question, what cruiserweight devision? They pretty much retired the belt and most "cruiserweights" are hding under rings, having enjoyable tag team feuds, out with neck injuries or jobbing.
I really believe that it's about time that Chavo got this with all the time he has spent jobbing or low carding or putting over in the buisness, he finally has a shot at making his a big name much like Eddie Guerrero's.

i personally think chavo deserved it.
he was by far better than any other cruiserweight, just like chyna was way better than any other woman.
Chavo should be winning better titles. ok it may make the ecw title look a little less prestigious than the us or ic titles that chavo always failed to win but............................
(ill stop myself ranting about something off topic, and make another thread later on)
anyways i am pleased to see chavo the new ecw champion, so well done.
