The Forum Plan half completed

This is what I did to the forum past few days:

1. Arranged, added, and sorted the boards and categories.

2. Added cool 100x100 board buttons to every board (I bet it's awesome )

There's only one thing left to do: Advertise

That's the only thing to finish
