From Bryan
I went to the Raw Live house show in Wildwood, NJ last night at the Convention Center. Before the show they had a little beach party thing and CM Punk and Mickie James were there to sign autographs for the first 200 fans.
The arena wasn't sold out but since it's the only WWE show in South Jersey this year they got a pretty good crowd. It was pretty much all young kids with Cena or Hardy T-shirts in the crowd, and we got 8 matches in about 3 hours time.
Results
Kane def. Matt Striker in about 3 minutes. Striker cut a promo early saying Adamle booked him a match where he could show off his talent. Kane came out and made short work with a chokeslam.
Johnny Curtis (from FCW) def. Charlie Haas. A few decent spots but mostly Haas mat work.
D'Lo Brown def. Snitsky with the frog splash
William Regal def. Jamie Noble
IC Title Match- Kofi Kingston def. Santino with the Buzzsaw. Santino cut a hilarious promo about hating New Jersey and getting girls, and then explained a new submission he was going to use called the "Mazzoratti Stretch" or something. Motioned like he was going to use it in the match but then Kofi made his superman comeback.
Women's Title Match- Mickie James def. Katie Lea Burchill. I bought a Chris Jericho T-shirt and that's about all I can tell you about this match.
Cryme Tyme & Cena def. Rhodes/Dibiase & Jericho. Cena and Jericho worked pretty well together. Cena got probably the biggest pops because of the age of the crowd.
World Title Match- CM Punk def. JBL with the GTS. Fans texted to vote it a No DQ Match and they used one chair and a few trash lids. JBL got off his Clothesline from Hell but Punk kicked out and finished the match.
