Slammiversary: L.A.X vs. Rhino & Senshi
With a WWE-like set of camera angles L.A.X is introduced to a huge pop. Followed by Rhino and Senshi.
Rhino and Homicide start off circling the ring to a huge response by the audience. Rhino applies a side headlock. To the ropes, shoulder block on Homicide. Homicide slides through his legs and then gets picked up by Rhino in a press and is dropped. Rhino with an elbow smash and Homicide turns him around in to the ropes. Rhino then reverses by picking up Homicide for a powerbomb, but apparently slips and being near the ropes, Homicide flies over the top rope to the mat.
Tagged in is Senshi. Senshi snap mares Homicide and hits a snap elbow drop. Hernandez tagged in and the two circle in the center of the ring. Senshi goes for a test of strength but the kicks Hernandez in the leg instead.
Hernandez with a big shop on Senshi then Senshi returns the favor. He then hits a big kick to the face of Hernandez, while stunned, Rhino jumps in and clotheslines Hernandez, two count for Senshi. Senshi with punches. Blocks an attempted punch by Hernandez, but then Hernandez catches a kick and single leg tosses Senshi across the ring. Then he hits a big choke toss.
Senshi leaps toward Hernandez and gets caught in a bear hug, then gets tossed overhead by the monster. Tag into Homicide who climbs the ropes. Hernandez scoop slams Senshi and Homicide hits a Flying Elbow Drop. Two count.
Hernandez quickly back in, bear hugs Senshi again then hits an overhead throat toss and now goes for a powerbomb but Senshi punches a few times while in the air and falls on Hernandez, then hits a double foot stomp. Double tag now and Rhino and Homicide go rope to rope. Rhino with a powerslam and a two count then a Spear on the corner. Hernandez sneaks in and gets a Belly to Belly for his troubles.
Senshi in now, leaps to the ropes and springboards to the outside onto Hernandez. Fans erupt in TNA chants. Homicide hits a Neckbreaker on Rhino in the ring. Konnan tosses the Slapjack in the ring to Homicide. But Hector Guerrero takes it out of Homicide’s hands as he winds up to use it on Rhino. That allows Rhino to hit the Gore for the pinfall and the victory. Your Winners: Rhino & Senshi
Slammiversary: Chris Sabin vs. Jay Lethal [X-Division Championship Match]
Kevin Nash comes to the ring before the combatants are introduced.
Sonjay Dutt is introduced a The Guru Sonjay Dutt. He comes to the ring with new music, wearing all white garb, tossing rose petals as he walks. Now we have Black Machismo Jay Lethal coming to the ring, followed by Chris Sabin.
Bell rings and Sabin goes for a lockup but Lethal ducks. Again and the same result. Lethal punches Sabin in the face. Rope to rope goes Lethal, he hooks the arm of Sabin and uses the rope to leap out. Lethal to the ropes hip toss on Sabin, cartwheel by Lethal, and Sabin tries to quickly crawl out of the ring but Lethal catches him and then picks him up, then delivers some jabs.
Lethal gets Sabin to the outside and then hits a big suicide dive through the ropes onto Sabin. Fans erupt in TNA chants. Lethal tosses Sabin back in and climbs the ropes immediately. He waits perched and flies, hitting a double axe handle smash, and a two count.
Lethal now with the upper hand and throws some more jabs at Sabin. Sends him into the corner, he flies back and hits Lethal with a head butt, sends Lethal to the opposite corner and hits a running bulldog to slow the pace of the match. Two count for Sabin.
Sabin lays Lethal across the second rope and chokes him, and then he sits on his back and bounces up and down across his back, while Lethal is throat-first on the ropes. Sabin stomps Lethal with a Rugged Ronnie Garvin series of stomps and hits a Senton and a two count.
Sabin applies a double underhook submission on Lethal and then we break. Lethal goes rope to rope and hits a dropkick on Sabin. Lethal with the upper hand now until he attempts leapfrog and gets caught with a kick to the groin. Sabin picks Lethal up by the hair and slaps him, then delivers a series of jabs. Sabin with open hand slaps to Lethal and a blatant boot choke while he is on the mat.
Sabin toying with Lethal with slaps. He charges, Lethal reverses with hip tosses. Lethal charges, ducks a clothesline attempt and hits a springboard back flip onto Sabin. Lethal hits a suplex and a two count.
Sabin plants Lethal on the top rope and attempts a hurrincanrada but Lethal hung on to the top rope and Sabin falls. Lethal leaps off and hits a modified face plant maneuver and a two count. Lethal goes to the top rope but Sabin charges, leaps up, and gets shoved right off. Lethal flies but Sabin catches him with a mule kick and a series of back kicks. Two count for Sabin.
Sabin picks up Lethal for Cradle Shock, Lethal backs out. Sabin then applies a nice side roll pin attempt. Two Count. Lethal tries the Lethal Combination, blocked. Sabin tries another Cradle Shock, Lethal gets out. He hits a Superkick followed by the Lethal Combination. Lethal climbs, and hits the Flying Elbow Drop. 1…2….3! Slammiversary: James Storm & Ron Killings vs Franch Wycheck & Jerry Lynn.
Killings and Lynn start off. Lynn mocks Killings and Killings throws a quick punch. Killings to the ropes and reverses, ducks a clotheslines and hits a leaping kick onto Lynn. Killings to the ropes, and Lynn hits a flying shoulderblocks.
Storm tagged in, and Lynn then tags in Wycheck. The two stand off. They lock up and Storm headlocks Wycheck and Wycheck takes a shoulderblock. Frank gets to his feet. Storm gets a football and a Titans helmet and he and Killings do a little act about snapping the ball and dropping a pass. Funny stuff. Lynn tells Wycheck not to let them get into his head. Storm headlocks Wycheck and sends him into the ropes, big shoudlerblock. Wycheck is bumping in a very big way.
Wycheck resets and goes rope-to-rope, hits a shoulderblock, and another, and then a dropkick. Killings goes for a kick, of Wycheck who moves, and he flies over the ropes. Lynn tells Frank to toss him to the outside and he does so onto Storm and Killings. Inside now Wycheck sends Storm back outside. Wycheck slips outside and chases Killings around the ring and as he turns a corner is met by a surprise clothesline by Storm.
Inside the ring now and Killings sends a chair in. Referee takes the chair out of Storm’s hands as he winds up. Wycheck crawls to the corner and tags in Lynn. Lynn charges Storm and ends up on the apron. Killings trips him from the outside, hits a few blows and sends him back in. Storm hits the Eye of the Storm on Lynn and then pours some beer on Lynn. Storm then spits on the face of Kyle Vanden Bosch, in the corner of Wycheck. Referee keeps Kyle from getting in. Killings in with the blind tag. Rope to rope he and Lynn go and they meet mid ring as they both attempt flying cross bodys. Both men down.
Frank Wycheck tagged in he hits a series of scoop slams and a drop kick. He then tries a clothesline of Killings. Hits it turns around and is met with a Superkick by Storm. Storm goes for the pin and Vanden Bosch yanks him out. Inside the ring now Killings holds Wycheck. Storm about to hit Wycheck with the beer but Lynn breaks it up. Lynn sends Storm to Wycheck who catches him and hits a big piledriver, and then scores the pinfall for the victory. Your Winners: Frank Wycheck & Jerry Lynn
Slammiversary: Alex Shelley vs. Bob Backlund
The two circle the ring. Backlund extends his hand and Shelley shakes. They go for a lockup and Backlund gets a single leg takedown, and again. Shelley slides outside. Back inside now and Shelley with chops to Backlund, he returns the favor and hips tosses Backlund and a top wristlock type maneuver.
Backlund rolls it over into a pin and a two count. Rolled back over. Shelley rolls over again. Backlund rolls over again, two count, and then he actually powers Shelley up into a powerbomb but sits him on the turnbuckle and leaves him be. We break and Backlund hits a big Atomic Drop on Shelley. Now Sabin hits the ring and grabs the ankle of Backlund to trip him. Sabin climbs the ropes and Backlund shakes the ropes. Shelley charges Backlund and he gets Drop toe held into Sabin’s crotch. Shelley charges Backlund and Backlund waist locks him, and rolls backward, and bridges for a pinfall and a victory. Your Winner: Bob Backlund.
After the match Sabin applies a Chickenwing to Backlund who reverses it and applies one of his own. Kevin Nash comes to the ring to break everything up. Here comes Jerry Lynn. Nash big boots Lynn. Sabin and Shelley toss Backlund out and then double insiguri Jerry Lynn. Kevin Nash leaves but here comes Jay Lethal to clear the ring of Sabin and Shelley and hits a meeting of the minds.
Slammiversary: Basham & Damaja vs. Voodoo Kin Mafia
The match starts immediately as VKM enters the ring. Even before the bell. Damaja to the ropes and a double back drop by VKM. We have a bell and BG to the ropes, gets clocked with a flying knee smash by Basham.
Damaja works on BG with jabs, BG fights back with punches of his own. Damaja whips BG to the ropes, drop toehold and a quick tag. Basham hits a knee drop to the back of the head of BG.
Damaja back in and he hits a few quick maneuvers and quick tag back to Basham who climbs the ropes and hits a flying elbow drop, but misses. Kip James tagged in and he cleans house. Whips Damaja to the ropes and hits a tilt-a-whirl slam and a two count, broken up by Basham.
Damaja and Basham go for a double team suplex on Kip James, but BG spears them mid move. Kip rolls up Damaja for the pinfall and the victory. Your Winners: Voodoo Kin Mafia After the match Lance Hoyt comes out and picks Hemme up over his shoulder and walks her to the ring. He rolls her in to the ring to Kip James. He puts a choke on Christie when Hoyt suddenly hits a big boot on Kip. BG turns Hoyt around and Basham and Damaja grab BG. Hoyt slaps BG and Big Boots him as well. After that Hoyt picks up Hemme and makes out with her in the ring.
Slammiversary: Robert Roode vs. Eric Young
Roode shoves Young from behind. Roode slaps himself in the head for some reason and then chokes Roode. Referee breaks it.
Young tosses Roode to the outside and then climbs the ropes. Ms Brooks stands between Young and Roode telling him not to do it. Young then flies over her and flying cross bodys Roode. Roode sent back inside.
Two count for Young. Back outside now and Roode in charge sends Young into the guardrail and then sends him back inside the ring. Two count for Roode. Roode lays Young across the bottom rope, throat-first and the referee backs him off. Two count for Roode now.
Roode clotheslines Young and a pin attempt, only two for Roode. Roode smashes Young’s face into the turnbuckle and then hits the running Snap mare.
Roode with another pin attempt and a two count. Chinlock applied by Roode to slow the pace. Young gets to his feet and hoists up Roode while on his shoulders. He then falls backward for a reverse pancake. Both men get to their feet and meet at mid-ring. Young with some right hands. Roode lifted up and back dropped over. Elbow to follow, and then a clothesline for Young. Two count. Young sent to the corner, and he HBK’s over the ropes to the outside. He then goes outside and yanks the pants of Ms. Brooks down exposing her bare bottom. Young gets inside and goes coast to coast and suicide dives through the ropes onto Roode.
Young climbs the ropes and hits a Flying Elbow Drop. Two count. Roode now clotheslines Young and he goes to the second rope. He goes for a knee drop but Young gets the boot up and catches Roode on the throat. Roode on the top ropes. Ms Brooks leaps on Young’s shoulders. He gets her in a fireman’s carry. He ramps her into Roode, who’s standing on the ropes. Roode falls over Brooks. Double Fireman’s Carry! Young hits a Double DVD! Two count only!! Roode gets up, gets a chair and clocks him. Covers Young..1….2…3.Your Winner: Robert Roode
Roode stands over Young with a mic and says he’s been waiting for this and says…”Eric Young…Your Fir…..” Jim Cornette interrupts him and says that they are going to restart this match because it’s not ending unless it’s fair and square. We have a bell.
Out of nowhere Gail Kim hits the ring and takes out Ms Brooks. They battle up the ramp to the back. Roode is standing around, mocking Young. Suddenly Young grabs Roode for a small package…1…2…3…Your Winner: Eric Young Young is now free from Roode’s contract.
Slammiversary: Team 3D vs. Rick Steiner & Road Warrior Animal [TNA Tag Team Championship Match]
Team 3D is introduced. Followed by Rick Steiner. We have a pause, and then we have Road Warrior Animal.
Rick locks up with D-Von. Into the corner and we have a break. Lock up again and Steiner rakes the eyes and then punches D-Von. D-Von to the ropes and hits a flying shoulder block and then a scoopslam and an elbow drop.
Rick gets pushed back into the corner. Brother Ray tagged in. Double clothesline on Steiner and a two count for Ray. Steiner knees Ray and tags in Animal. He faces off with Ray. Clothesline on Ray. Ray to the ropes and shoulderblocks Animal. Piledriver by Ray on Animal. Animal gets right back up and sends Ray to the ropes, they hit a double clothesline and get right back up.
D-Von to the ropes and telegraphs the back body drop. Animal kicks him in the face and tags Rick. Steiner gets sent to the ropes and Ray catches him, and drops him with a snap choke. D-Von slams Rick Steiner in to the turnbuckle and punches him.
Ray tagged in, hits a Neckbreaker and a two count. D-Von tagged back in quickly, two count. D-Von climbs the ropes and misses a flying elbow drop. Animal tagged in and he boots D-Von, powerslams Ray, back body drops D-Von, and the same to Ray. Animal punches D-Von in the corner. Rick tagged in and Animal and Steiner double clothesline Team 3D. They call for the Doomsday Device. Animal goes to pick up D-Von but Ray interferes and they hit a double team Neckbreaker. Rick jumps off the ropes and double clothesline Team 3D. Steiner sent to the ropes, they hoist him up and hit 3D! Your Winners: Team 3D
Slammiversary: Sting vs. Christopher Daniels
Daniels introduced and Sting is lowered from the rafters for his entrance.Daniels charges to start the match. Sting to the ropes, shoulderblocks Daniels, Sting hits a hip toss. Sting with another hip toss and a drop kick.
Sting elbows Daniels to the outside and then leaps from the apron onto Daniels. Daniels on the apron now and chops Sting then flings Sting into the steel guardrail.
Back inside now and Daniels hits a gut wrench rib breaker. Daniels hits a knee lift to Sting in the corner. Daniels now with rights and lefts to the gut of Sting in the corner. Snap mares him to the mat and hits a Muta Elbow and then stands on Sting’s chest.
Sting goes for a hip toss, reversed, reversed again and Daniels tosses Sting down. Scoop slam on Sting and Daniels hits a split legged Moonsault onto Sting and a two count. Daniels takes Sting into the corner and turns around and taunts the crowd. Sting gets right behind Daniels and posses in his face and screams. Sting on the attack with punches and then an atomic drop, and two clotheslines, misses the third but instead hits a face plant. Two count for Sting.
Daniels now in charges and he locks a double underhook but Sting back body drops him off. Daniels sets up the Last Rites but Sting reverses into the Scorpion Death Drop. Sting scores the pinfall and the victory. Your Winner: Sting
Slammiversary: Tomko vs. Abyss
Abyss and Tomko standoff in the middle of the ring and go face to face. Tomko throws the first punch, Abyss responds with one, Tomko with another, Abyss with another, and again and again. Tomko now takes Abyss to the ropes and whips, reversed and he kicks Abyss, goes for a clothesline but instead Abyss sends Tomko over the ropes to the outside. Tomko catches the leg of Abyss and yanks him out.
Tomko sent to the ringpost. Abyss sent into the railing now and Tomko takes the boot to the face of Abyss. Abyss smashed into the steps.
Tomko sends Abyss into the ring Tomko goes for a big boot but instead Abyss catches Tomko in a choke. Tomko gets free and goes to the ropes and gets clotheslined down. Tomko in the corner in a seated position and Abyss hits a running face wash. Abyss now hits a Chokeslam and a two count.
Abyss goes outside and gets a bag from under the ring. He opens and pours and pours out thumbtacks on the mat. Abyss calls for the chokeslam. Tomko reverses and Powerbombs Abyss into the tacks. Tomko goes for a pin and gets two.
Abyss now hits a Black Hole Slam and a two count. Abyss rolls outside again and gets another bag from under the ring. Abyss pours out a bag of broken glass onto the mat. Tomko comes from out of nowhere and clotheslines Abyss down. He then picks up a piece of broken glass and stabs Abyss in the forehead.
Abyss then gets driven face first into the broken glass with a knee drop. Tomko goes under the ring and gets a barbed wire bat and clocks Abyss in the gut, then clocks him in the back.
Now they are up on the set and Abyss is climbing the scaffolding. Tomko climbs the other side and gets to the top first. He swings the bat at Abyss and misses, then Abyss yanks him over and flips him from the top of the set through a bunch of covered boxes. Abyss then flies and elbow drops Tomko. You can see it is a huge stack of boxes covered with a black sheet. The sheet was too small and was pulled back when the men fell.
Both men now crawling away from the scene of the crime. Tomko crawls down the ramp to ringside. Abyss is still up at the top of the set and he finally makes his way to the ramp and crawls to the ring. Tomko slips in the ring slowly. Abyss soon follows. Tomko catches him with kicks as he slides in. Suddenly Abyss hits a Black Hole Slam, and actually adjusts in mid air to make sure he dropped Tomko on the glass. Abyss gets the pin for the victory. Your Winner: Abyss
Slammiversary: Kurt Angle vs. Samoa Joe vs. A.J. Styles vs. Christian vs. Chris Harris
We are shown an emotional video package of Jeff Jarrett thanking the fans. Inside the ring we have Jim Cornette introducing the last participant, and it’s Wildcat Chris Harris. AJ Styles introduced next. Samoa Joe introduced next. Cage makes his way to the ring now. Kurt Angle is introduced last.
We have official introductions. All five men square off and Samoa Joe charges Angle to start. Cage and Styles double-team Harris.
Cage and Styles send Harris to the corner. AJ splashes him and drops to his knees, Cage springboards onto Harris. Cage then tells AJ to lie down, AJ reluctantly does it and Cage pins him. Angle breaks up the count. Angle uppercuts Cage and goes to the ropes, Joe trips him from the outside and yanks him out.
AJ rolls up Cage and gets a two count. Cage is upset and they argue, Harris charges and misses a clothesline. AJ then lies outside onto Samoa Joe who lands in a hurricanrada. Joe hangs on to him and swings him around and drives him into the ringpost. Joe inside the ring now and he hits a few kicks to the face of Cage. Joe then flies outside the ring onto Angle. Harris in the ring, tries a Catatonic. Christian reverses into an Unprettier. Harris then hits a full nelson slam as a reversal. AJ in now and sent to the ropes, Harris charges, AJ gets the boot up. AJ goes for a Tornado DDT but Harris catches him and hits Catatonic. He pins AJ 1..2..3. AJ goes to the penalty box.
Joe gets a ladder and charges the corner and tosses it to the outside onto Cage and Harris. Angle rolls in and attacks Angle. Angle sent to the turnbuckle and gets a boot choke. Angle gets up and hits a German Suplex and hangs on, hits a second, hangs on hits a third. Cage slides in and kicks Angle to break it up.
Joe in and he applies a Rear Naked choke on Cage and AJ gets out of the penalty box and makes the save. Harris clocks Angle and takes him out to the floor. Cage positions a ladder across the outside propped on the ring apron and the fan railing. Cage is standing right in front of it battling Harris. Harris punches him and Cage steps backward and falls between the rungs, straddling the ladder. AJ hits a springboard back flip in to a reverse DDT on Harris. AJ hits a Pelle on Samoa Joe and follows up with a Springboard Flying Forearm. AJ then tries the Styles Clash on Angle but its reversed into the Ankle Lock. AJ flings him off. AJ charges Chris Harris who back body drops him over the top rope onto Cage who’s lying on that propped up ladder.
Harris gets the belt and climbs the ladder but Angle Olympic Slams him off and scores the three count. Angle is now eligible to hang the belt and win. Harris to the box. Joe tosses the ladder out of the ring and hits a running kick to the face of Angle. Cage slides in and he charges Joe who catches him with one arm and he one –arm chokeslams him. AJ then flies in and Joe catches him and drops him on his head with a DVD. AJ now planted on the top rope and Joe hits the Muscle Buster..Angle breaks up the pinfall.
Angle now knocks out the ref inadvertently and Joe applies the Rear Naked Choke. Angle taps but nobody is there to see it. Cage brings the ladder into the ring and clocks Angle with it. Referee counts him to three. Cage is no eligible. Angle to the penalty box.
Cage asks for the belt and climbs. Joe climbs the ladder as well and hits a Diamond Cutter off the top of the ladder to the mat.
Harris back inside now and he sets up the ladder, he calls for the belt. He climbs and Joe climbs but gets clocked with the belt and tossed of. Cage climbs and gets hip tossed off, AJ then flies in and drop kicks the ladder. AJ climbs the ropes and then steps up to the top of the Penalty Box. Samoa Joe is climbing up after him, AJ turns around in time to see and they exchange blows on top of the penalty box. AJ trying to suplex Joe but instead Joe has a choke locked in and AJ catches him with a low blow. Joe slaps AJ on the chest. Joe reaches over and snap mares AJ to the ground through the table.
Harris and Cage climb the penalty box now. Harris front face suplexes Cage into the ring. Harris then leaps and hits Angle with a flying clothesline. Harris sets up the ladder and Cage attacks him from behind. Harris takes the ladder, closes it and puts it over his head and he does a tornado spin taking out two men.
Harris calls for the belt again. He climbs. Cage up and he topples the ladder over. Cage clocks him with the ladder after he falls and now Cage sets it up, and gets the belt. He gets to the top but Angle grabs his ankle and applies an Ankle Lock on the ladder. Cage kicks Angle with his free foot, and slides down the other side of the ladder. Cage then clocks Angle with the belt. Angle punches Cage in the gut as he extended. Harris spears Cage off the ladder. Angle steals the belt and climbs to the top of the ladder and hangs the belt to win the match and become new champion. Your Winner and new Champion: Kurt Angle
After the match Joe tosses the ladder out of the ring and he stares Kurt Angle down and then extends his hand. Angle kicks Joe in the gut and hits the Angle Slam.

Lethal to the ropes hip toss on Sabin, cartwheel by Lethal, and Sabin tries to quickly crawl out of the ring but Lethal catches him and then picks him up, then delivers some jabs.
Lethal gets Sabin to the outside and then hits a big suicide dive through the ropes onto Sabin. Fans erupt in TNA chants. Lethal tosses Sabin back in and climbs the ropes immediately. He waits perched and flies, hitting a double axe handle smash, and a two count.
Lethal now with the upper hand and throws some more jabs at Sabin. Sends him into the corner, he flies back and hits Lethal with a head butt, sends Lethal to the opposite corner and hits a running bulldog to slow the pace of the match. Two count for Sabin.
Sabin lays Lethal across the second rope and chokes him, and then he sits on his back and bounces up and down across his back, while Lethal is throat-first on the ropes. Sabin stomps Lethal with a Rugged Ronnie Garvin series of stomps and hits a Senton and a two count.
Sabin applies a double underhook submission on Lethal and then we break. Lethal goes rope to rope and hits a dropkick on Sabin. Lethal with the upper hand now until he attempts leapfrog and gets caught with a kick to the groin. Sabin picks Lethal up by the hair and slaps him, then delivers a series of jabs. Sabin with open hand slaps to Lethal and a blatant boot choke while he is on the mat.
Sabin toying with Lethal with slaps. He charges, Lethal reverses with hip tosses. Lethal charges, ducks a clothesline attempt and hits a springboard back flip onto Sabin. Lethal hits a suplex and a two count.
Sabin plants Lethal on the top rope and attempts a hurrincanrada but Lethal hung on to the top rope and Sabin falls. Lethal leaps off and hits a modified face plant maneuver and a two count. Lethal goes to the top rope but Sabin charges, leaps up, and gets shoved right off. Lethal flies but Sabin catches him with a mule kick and a series of back kicks. Two count for Sabin.
Sabin picks up Lethal for Cradle Shock, Lethal backs out. Sabin then applies a nice side roll pin attempt. Two Count. Lethal tries the Lethal Combination, blocked. Sabin tries another Cradle Shock, Lethal gets out. He hits a Superkick followed by the Lethal Combination. Lethal climbs, and hits the Flying Elbow Drop. 1…2….3! Slammiversary: James Storm & Ron Killings vs Franch Wycheck & Jerry Lynn.
Killings and Lynn start off. Lynn mocks Killings and Killings throws a quick punch. Killings to the ropes and reverses, ducks a clotheslines and hits a leaping kick onto Lynn. Killings to the ropes, and Lynn hits a flying shoulderblocks.
Storm tagged in, and Lynn then tags in Wycheck. The two stand off. They lock up and Storm headlocks Wycheck and Wycheck takes a shoulderblock. Frank gets to his feet. Storm gets a football and a Titans helmet and he and Killings do a little act about snapping the ball and dropping a pass. Funny stuff. Lynn tells Wycheck not to let them get into his head. Storm headlocks Wycheck and sends him into the ropes, big shoudlerblock. Wycheck is bumping in a very big way.
Wycheck resets and goes rope-to-rope, hits a shoulderblock, and another, and then a dropkick. Killings goes for a kick, of Wycheck who moves, and he flies over the ropes. Lynn tells Frank to toss him to the outside and he does so onto Storm and Killings. Inside now Wycheck sends Storm back outside. Wycheck slips outside and chases Killings around the ring and as he turns a corner is met by a surprise clothesline by Storm.
Inside the ring now and Killings sends a chair in. Referee takes the chair out of Storm’s hands as he winds up. Wycheck crawls to the corner and tags in Lynn. Lynn charges Storm and ends up on the apron. Killings trips him from the outside, hits a few blows and sends him back in. Storm hits the Eye of the Storm on Lynn and then pours some beer on Lynn. Storm then spits on the face of Kyle Vanden Bosch, in the corner of Wycheck. Referee keeps Kyle from getting in. Killings in with the blind tag. Rope to rope he and Lynn go and they meet mid ring as they both attempt flying cross bodys. Both men down.
Frank Wycheck tagged in he hits a series of scoop slams and a drop kick. He then tries a clothesline of Killings. Hits it turns around and is met with a Superkick by Storm. Storm goes for the pin and Vanden Bosch yanks him out. Inside the ring now Killings holds Wycheck. Storm about to hit Wycheck with the beer but Lynn breaks it up. Lynn sends Storm to Wycheck who catches him and hits a big piledriver, and then scores the pinfall for the victory. Your Winners: Frank Wycheck & Jerry Lynn
Slammiversary: Alex Shelley vs. Bob Backlund
The two circle the ring. Backlund extends his hand and Shelley shakes. They go for a lockup and Backlund gets a single leg takedown, and again. Shelley slides outside. Back inside now and Shelley with chops to Backlund, he returns the favor and hips tosses Backlund and a top wristlock type maneuver.
Backlund rolls it over into a pin and a two count. Rolled back over. Shelley rolls over again. Backlund rolls over again, two count, and then he actually powers Shelley up into a powerbomb but sits him on the turnbuckle and leaves him be. We break and Backlund hits a big Atomic Drop on Shelley. Now Sabin hits the ring and grabs the ankle of Backlund to trip him. Sabin climbs the ropes and Backlund shakes the ropes. Shelley charges Backlund and he gets Drop toe held into Sabin’s crotch. Shelley charges Backlund and Backlund waist locks him, and rolls backward, and bridges for a pinfall and a victory. Your Winner: Bob Backlund.
After the match Sabin applies a Chickenwing to Backlund who reverses it and applies one of his own. Kevin Nash comes to the ring to break everything up. Here comes Jerry Lynn. Nash big boots Lynn. Sabin and Shelley toss Backlund out and then double insiguri Jerry Lynn. Kevin Nash leaves but here comes Jay Lethal to clear the ring of Sabin and Shelley and hits a meeting of the minds.
Slammiversary: Basham & Damaja vs. Voodoo Kin Mafia
The match starts immediately as VKM enters the ring. Even before the bell. Damaja to the ropes and a double back drop by VKM. We have a bell and BG to the ropes, gets clocked with a flying knee smash by Basham.
Damaja works on BG with jabs, BG fights back with punches of his own. Damaja whips BG to the ropes, drop toehold and a quick tag. Basham hits a knee drop to the back of the head of BG.
Damaja back in and he hits a few quick maneuvers and quick tag back to Basham who climbs the ropes and hits a flying elbow drop, but misses. Kip James tagged in and he cleans house. Whips Damaja to the ropes and hits a tilt-a-whirl slam and a two count, broken up by Basham.
Damaja and Basham go for a double team suplex on Kip James, but BG spears them mid move. Kip rolls up Damaja for the pinfall and the victory. Your Winners: Voodoo Kin Mafia After the match Lance Hoyt comes out and picks Hemme up over his shoulder and walks her to the ring. He rolls her in to the ring to Kip James. He puts a choke on Christie when Hoyt suddenly hits a big boot on Kip. BG turns Hoyt around and Basham and Damaja grab BG. Hoyt slaps BG and Big Boots him as well. After that Hoyt picks up Hemme and makes out with her in the ring.
Slammiversary: Robert Roode vs. Eric Young
Roode shoves Young from behind. Roode slaps himself in the head for some reason and then chokes Roode. Referee breaks it.
Young tosses Roode to the outside and then climbs the ropes. Ms Brooks stands between Young and Roode telling him not to do it. Young then flies over her and flying cross bodys Roode. Roode sent back inside.
Two count for Young. Back outside now and Roode in charge sends Young into the guardrail and then sends him back inside the ring. Two count for Roode. Roode lays Young across the bottom rope, throat-first and the referee backs him off. Two count for Roode now.
Roode clotheslines Young and a pin attempt, only two for Roode. Roode smashes Young’s face into the turnbuckle and then hits the running Snap mare.
Roode with another pin attempt and a two count. Chinlock applied by Roode to slow the pace. Young gets to his feet and hoists up Roode while on his shoulders. He then falls backward for a reverse pancake. Both men get to their feet and meet at mid-ring. Young with some right hands. Roode lifted up and back dropped over. Elbow to follow, and then a clothesline for Young. Two count. Young sent to the corner, and he HBK’s over the ropes to the outside. He then goes outside and yanks the pants of Ms. Brooks down exposing her bare bottom. Young gets inside and goes coast to coast and suicide dives through the ropes onto Roode.
Young climbs the ropes and hits a Flying Elbow Drop. Two count. Roode now clotheslines Young and he goes to the second rope. He goes for a knee drop but Young gets the boot up and catches Roode on the throat. Roode on the top ropes. Ms Brooks leaps on Young’s shoulders. He gets her in a fireman’s carry. He ramps her into Roode, who’s standing on the ropes. Roode falls over Brooks. Double Fireman’s Carry! Young hits a Double DVD! Two count only!! Roode gets up, gets a chair and clocks him. Roode stands over Young with a mic and says he’s been waiting for this and says…”Eric Young…Your Fir…..” Jim Cornette interrupts him and says that they are going to restart this match because it’s not ending unless it’s fair and square. We have a bell.
Out of nowhere Gail Kim hits the ring and takes out Ms Brooks. They battle up the ramp to the back. Roode is standing around, mocking Young. Suddenly Young grabs Roode for a small package…1…2…3…Your Winner: Eric Young Young is now free from Roode’s contract.
Slammiversary: Team 3D vs. Rick Steiner & Road Warrior Animal [TNA Tag Team Championship Match]
Team 3D is introduced. Followed by Rick Steiner. We have a pause, and then we have Road Warrior Animal.
Rick locks up with D-Von. Into the corner and we have a break. Lock up again and Steiner rakes the eyes and then punches D-Von. D-Von to the ropes and hits a flying shoulder block and then a scoopslam and an elbow drop.
Rick gets pushed back into the corner. Brother Ray tagged in. Double clothesline on Steiner and a two count for Ray. Steiner knees Ray and tags in Animal. He faces off with Ray. Clothesline on Ray. Ray to the ropes and shoulderblocks Animal. Piledriver by Ray on Animal. Animal gets right back up and sends Ray to the ropes, they hit a double clothesline and get right back up.
D-Von to the ropes and telegraphs the back body drop. Animal kicks him in the face and tags Rick. Steiner gets sent to the ropes and Ray catches him, and drops him with a snap choke. D-Von slams Rick Steiner in to the turnbuckle and punches him.
Ray tagged in, hits a Neckbreaker and a two count. D-Von tagged back in quickly, two count. D-Von climbs the ropes and misses a flying elbow drop. Animal tagged in and he boots D-Von, powerslams Ray, back body drops D-Von, and the same to Ray. Animal punches D-Von in the corner. Rick tagged in and Animal and Steiner double clothesline Team 3D. They call for the Doomsday Device. Animal goes to pick up D-Von but Ray interferes and they hit a double team Neckbreaker. Rick jumps off the ropes and double clothesline Team 3D. Steiner sent to the ropes, they hoist him up and hit 3D! Your Winners: Team 3D
Slammiversary: Sting vs. Christopher Daniels
Daniels introduced and Sting is lowered from the rafters for his entrance.Daniels charges to start the match. Sting to the ropes, shoulderblocks Daniels, Sting hits a hip toss. Sting with another hip toss and a drop kick.
Sting elbows Daniels to the outside and then leaps from the apron onto Daniels. Daniels on the apron now and chops Sting then flings Sting into the steel guardrail.
Back inside now and Daniels hits a gut wrench rib breaker. Daniels hits a knee lift to Sting in the corner. Daniels now with rights and lefts to the gut of Sting in the corner. Snap mares him to the mat and hits a Muta Elbow and then stands on Sting’s chest.
Sting goes for a hip toss, reversed, reversed again and Daniels tosses Sting down. Scoop slam on Sting and Daniels hits a split legged Moonsault onto Sting and a two count. Daniels takes Sting into the corner and turns around and taunts the crowd. Sting gets right behind Daniels and posses in his face and screams. Sting on the attack with punches and then an atomic drop, and two clotheslines, misses the third but instead hits a face plant. Two count for Sting.
Daniels now in charges and he locks a double underhook but Sting back body drops him off. Daniels sets up the Last Rites but Sting reverses into the Scorpion Death Drop. Sting scores the pinfall and the victory. Your Winner: Sting
Slammiversary: Tomko vs. Abyss
Abyss and Tomko standoff in the middle of the ring and go face to face. Tomko throws the first punch, Abyss responds with one, Tomko with another, Abyss with another, and again and again. Tomko now takes Abyss to the ropes and whips, reversed and he kicks Abyss, goes for a clothesline but instead Abyss sends Tomko over the ropes to the outside. Tomko catches the leg of Abyss and yanks him out.
Tomko sent to the ringpost. Abyss sent into the railing now and Tomko takes the boot to the face of Abyss. Abyss smashed into the steps.
Tomko sends Abyss into the ring Tomko goes for a big boot but instead Abyss catches Tomko in a choke. Tomko gets free and goes to the ropes and gets clotheslined down. Tomko in the corner in a seated position and Abyss hits a running face wash. Abyss now hits a Chokeslam and a two count.
Abyss goes outside and gets a bag from under the ring. He opens and pours and pours out thumbtacks on the mat. Abyss calls for the chokeslam. Tomko reverses and Powerbombs Abyss into the tacks. Tomko goes for a pin and gets two.
Abyss now hits a Black Hole Slam and a two count. Abyss rolls outside again and gets another bag from under the ring. Abyss pours out a bag of broken glass onto the mat. Tomko comes from out of nowhere and clotheslines Abyss down. He then picks up a piece of broken glass and stabs Abyss in the forehead.
Abyss then gets driven face first into the broken glass with a knee drop. Tomko goes under the ring and gets a barbed wire bat and clocks Abyss in the gut, then clocks him in the back.
Now they are up on the set and Abyss is climbing the scaffolding. Tomko climbs the other side and gets to the top first. He swings the bat at Abyss and misses, then Abyss yanks him over and flips him from the top of the set through a bunch of covered boxes. Abyss then flies and elbow drops Tomko. You can see it is a huge stack of boxes covered with a black sheet. The sheet was too small and was pulled back when the men fell.
Both men now crawling away from the scene of the crime. Tomko crawls down the ramp to ringside. Abyss is still up at the top of the set and he finally makes his way to the ramp and crawls to the ring. Tomko slips in the ring slowly. Abyss soon follows. Tomko catches him with kicks as he slides in. Suddenly Abyss hits a Black Hole Slam, and actually adjusts in mid air to make sure he dropped Tomko on the glass. Abyss gets the pin for the victory. Slammiversary: Kurt Angle vs. Samoa Joe vs. A.J. Styles vs. Christian vs. Chris Harris
We are shown an emotional video package of Jeff Jarrett thanking the fans. Inside the ring we have Jim Cornette introducing the last participant, and it’s Wildcat Chris Harris. AJ Styles introduced next. Samoa Joe introduced next. Cage makes his way to the ring now. Kurt Angle is introduced last.
We have official introductions. All five men square off and Samoa Joe charges Angle to start. Cage and Styles double-team Harris.
Cage and Styles send Harris to the corner. AJ splashes him and drops to his knees, Cage springboards onto Harris. Cage then tells AJ to lie down, AJ reluctantly does it and Cage pins him. Angle breaks up the count. Angle uppercuts Cage and goes to the ropes, Joe trips him from the outside and yanks him out.
AJ rolls up Cage and gets a two count. Cage is upset and they argue, Harris charges and misses a clothesline. AJ then lies outside onto Samoa Joe who lands in a hurricanrada. Joe hangs on to him and swings him around and drives him into the ringpost. Joe inside the ring now and he hits a few kicks to the face of Cage. Joe then flies outside the ring onto Angle. Harris in the ring, tries a Catatonic. Christian reverses into an Unprettier. Harris then hits a full nelson slam as a reversal. AJ in now and sent to the ropes, Harris charges, AJ gets the boot up. AJ goes for a Tornado DDT but Harris catches him and hits Catatonic. He pins AJ 1..2..3. AJ goes to the penalty box.
Joe gets a ladder and charges the corner and tosses it to the outside onto Cage and Harris. Angle rolls in and attacks Angle. Angle sent to the turnbuckle and gets a boot choke. Angle gets up and hits a German Suplex and hangs on, hits a second, hangs on hits a third. Cage slides in and kicks Angle to break it up.
Joe in and he applies a Rear Naked choke on Cage and AJ gets out of the penalty box and makes the save. Harris clocks Angle and takes him out to the floor. Cage positions a ladder across the outside propped on the ring apron and the fan railing. Cage is standing right in front of it battling Harris. Harris punches him and Cage steps backward and falls between the rungs, straddling the ladder. AJ hits a springboard back flip in to a reverse DDT on Harris. AJ hits a Pelle on Samoa Joe and follows up with a Springboard Flying Forearm. AJ then tries the Styles Clash on Angle but its reversed into the Ankle Lock. AJ flings him off. AJ charges Chris Harris who back body drops him over the top rope onto Cage who’s lying on that propped up ladder.
Harris gets the belt and climbs the ladder but Angle Olympic Slams him off and scores the three count. Angle is now eligible to hang the belt and win. Harris to the box. Joe tosses the ladder out of the ring and hits a running kick to the face of Angle. Cage slides in and he charges Joe who catches him with one arm and he one –arm chokeslams him. AJ then flies in and Joe catches him and drops him on his head with a DVD. AJ now planted on the top rope and Joe hits the Muscle Buster..Angle breaks up the pinfall.
Angle now knocks out the ref inadvertently and Joe applies the Rear Naked Choke. Angle taps but nobody is there to see it. Cage brings the ladder into the ring and clocks Angle with it. Referee counts him to three. Cage is no eligible. Angle to the penalty box.
Cage asks for the belt and climbs. Joe climbs the ladder as well and hits a Diamond Cutter off the top of the ladder to the mat.
Harris back inside now and he sets up the ladder, he calls for the belt. He climbs and Joe climbs but gets clocked with the belt and tossed of. Cage climbs and gets hip tossed off, AJ then flies in and drop kicks the ladder. AJ climbs the ropes and then steps up to the top of the Penalty Box. Samoa Joe is climbing up after him, AJ turns around in time to see and they exchange blows on top of the penalty box. AJ trying to suplex Joe but instead Joe has a choke locked in and AJ catches him with a low blow. Joe slaps AJ on the chest. Joe reaches over and snap mares AJ to the ground through the table.
Harris and Cage climb the penalty box now. Harris front face suplexes Cage into the ring. Harris then leaps and hits Angle with a flying clothesline. Harris sets up the ladder and Cage attacks him from behind. Harris takes the ladder, closes it and puts it over his head and he does a tornado spin taking out two men.
Harris calls for the belt again. He climbs. Cage up and he topples the ladder over. Cage clocks him with the ladder after he falls and now Cage sets it up, and gets the belt. He gets to the top but Angle grabs his ankle and applies an Ankle Lock on the ladder. Cage kicks Angle with his free foot, and slides down the other side of the ladder. Cage then clocks Angle with the belt. Angle punches Cage in the gut as he extended. Harris spears Cage off the ladder. Angle steals the belt and climbs to the top of the ladder and hangs the belt to win the match and become new champion. Your Winner and new Champion: Kurt Angle
After the match Joe tosses the ladder out of the ring and he stares Kurt Angle down and then extends his hand. Angle kicks Joe in the gut and hits the Angle Slam.
