Five years to the day of his return from a massive quadriceps injury, HHH suffered another quadriceps tear, although the severity of it is still unknown.
HHH is slated to undergo an MRI tonight in Kansas City and will then fly to Birmingham, Alabama tomorrow to be examined by Dr. James Andrews.
The injury occurred during a spinebuster being executed on Randy Orton, during which HHH came down knee-first. The superstar gutted through the remainder of the match and was then helped to the back by WWE trainers, where he underwent a preliminary examination.
